Terminal 1
Pick-up procedure on Toronto Airport Terminal 1:
- Proceed to exit door "A" and go to the pre-arranged booth
- Ask the Commissionaire in blue uniform at the booth to page for Waterloo Airport Limo
- Please allow 1 to 3 minutes for the driver to call out your name upon arrival

Terminal 3
Pick-up procedure on Toronto Airport Terminal 3:
- Proceed to exit door E to reach the post "29" just outside the Terminal 3
- Ask the Commissionaire at the booth in blue uniform to page for Waterloo Airport Limo
- Please allow 1 to 3 minutes for the driver to call out your name upon arrival
